How Do We Get Home Care Started? Answer: Call your primary physician and tell them you would like home care
services with Caring Nurses of Michigan, Inc.The physician's office will
need to call our office or fax over a signed referral. Once we receive
the referral from the physician, services will begin the next day, unless
otherwise indicated.
If My Loved One Is Homebound and Unable To See Their Primary Physician, What Do I Do?Answer:
Call our office and request a number for a home visiting physician. We
will refer you to a physician who can come to your loved one's home
and become primary physician. Once the Visiting Doctor has seen your
loved one, ask him or her to please make referral to Caring Nurses of
Michigan, Inc. for home care services.

My Family Member Was Just Hospitalized and Is Home Now. How Do I Get The Same Nurse Back?Answer:
Call your primary physician's office and ask the doctor to either call our
office or fax over a signed referral to CNM for continued care.
How Often Can My Nurse Come To Visit Me?Answer:
The nurse will come in initially and evaluate the patient's need for nurse and other disciplines(Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Home Health Aide, etc)and will set the frequency of visits according to the patient's needs. The nurse will discuss frequency of visits with the family during the initial visit.

No, at this time we are not able to offer this service. We may offer this service in the future.
