To be eligible for Medicare coverage, the patient must meet the following Medicare requirements:

Be 65 or older, or be a Medicare card-holder
Be safely confined to home
Require skilled nursing, physical or speech therapy intermittently
Have a plan of treatment established by the personal physician
Be compliant

Individuals who are eligible to receive Medicare reimbursement home care visits can expect a professional nursing assesment and evaluation of their needs. Intermittent visits may be available if Medicare guidelines are met.
